Day 01: Hurghada to Cairo Tours and Flight to Luxor

Luxor and Aswan Travel’s representative will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada or Gouna using a private, air-conditioned modern vehicle for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, your dedicated Egyptologist guide will accompany you to explore the exquisite Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Witness the Sphinx, a majestic creation with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, dating back to the reign of King Chephren. Visit the Valley Temple of the Pyramid of Chephren.

Enjoy lunch at a high-quality local restaurant in Cairo before moving on to the Egyptian Museum, which showcases artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum’s vast collection spans 5,000 years of art, making it the world’s largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art. Explore over 250,000 genuine artifacts, including a dedicated exhibit to Tutankhamen’s collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry. Continue to Islamic Cairo, where you can explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic bazaar. In the evening, you will be driven to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor, where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02: Luxor Tours and Return to Hurghada

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel in Luxor, followed by a guided tour of the magnificent Karnak Temples, the largest place of worship ever built. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Luxor. Afterward, head to the West Bank of the Nile River to visit the colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon) and explore the Valley of the Kings, where you will visit three tombs, excluding Tutankhamun.

Continue your journey with a visit to the impressive Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh to rule Egypt. Conclude your Luxor tour with a private air-conditioned vehicle transfer back to your hotel in Hurghada.
