Tour Itinerary

Karnak Temple :
The magnificent Karnak Temple Complex has served for over 1,500 years as a significant religious capital for ancient Egyptians during the New Kingdom (1550 – 1070 BC). Established as the center of worship for the Theban triad—comprising Amun, Mut, and Khonsu—it also honored various other ancient Egyptian deities. Constructed between the Middle Kingdom and the Greco-Roman period, from 2000 BC to 30 BC, this sprawling complex spans 247 acres of sacred land. Among its most remarkable features are the enchanting Avenue of Sphinxes, which connects to the stunning Luxor Temple, the Precinct of Amun-Re, and the grand Hypostyle Hall.
Luxor Temple
The Southern Sanctuary of Luxor Temple stands as a timeless symbol of the celestial power and divine grace of ancient Egyptian rulers. This remarkable archaeological site became the center of royal crowning around 1400 BC, dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. It also served as the primary gathering place for the Opet Festival, a celebration honoring the rejuvenation of kingship.
Sound and Light Show at Karnak :
The majestic Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temple Complex immerses visitors in a dreamlike experience, offering a magical introduction to the breathtaking wonders of ancient Egyptian civilization. This enchanting spectacle illuminates the magnificent works of art and architecture, narrating the rich history behind some of the greatest archaeological treasures on earth.
Overnight :
After finishing the sound & light show, you will return back directly to your hotel for the overnight.
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and be accompanied by your private tour guide. You’ll then board a private air-conditioned vehicle to continue your journey from Marsa Alam to Luxor, where you will visit:
Valley of the Kings :
The Valley of the Kings is a magnificent treasure trove that embodies the rich legacy of the ancient Egyptian civilization. Constructed during the New Kingdom (1570 – 1050 BC), it houses 63 royal tombs that preserve the stories and treasures of some of history’s greatest pharaohs, including Hatshepsut, Ramses II, Seti I, Tutankhamun, and many others.
Hatshepsut Temple:
The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as the “Holy of the Holies,” is a timeless masterpiece of ancient architecture and art. Carved into the cliffs of Deir El Bahari in 1479 BC, this remarkable structure was built to honor the creator sun god Amun and celebrate the legacy of Hatshepsut, one of the most successful pharaohs of the New Kingdom (1507–1458 BC).
Colossi of Memnon :
The transcendental Colossi of Memnon of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386 – 1349 BC) was able to stand the test of time science its establishment in 1350 BC. It was rebuilt countless times throughout history, especially in the Greco-Roman. The two statues contained very meaningful decorations on their sides about the god of the Nile Hapi, his family, and his legacy.
