Colossi of Memnon

The majestic twin statues of Colossi of Memnon which were created by king Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC) were built in 1350 BC from rocks taken from Cairo. The colossi have an epic height of 18 m (60 ft) plus a number of carvings and images found across the statues showcasing much information about his achievements and legacy. The High Dam

Abu Simbel Temples

The Abu Simbel Temple is one of the most preserved examples of art and architecture ever made in existence. The celestial heritage of Pharaoh Ramses the great (1279-1213 BC) can be shown very clearly across the epic UNESCO World Heritage site Abu Simbel temple which was completed in 1264 BC to honor Amun, Ptah, and Ra Horakhty, Ozymandias legacy, and the signing of the first documented peace treaty in 1247 BC.
