In the morning, you’ll meet your tour guide, who will accompany you as you embark on your 7-night Nile cruise from Luxor to explore the historical attractions on the East Bank.

Karnak Temple

The Karnak Temple Complex is a breathtaking testament to ancient architecture and artistry, historically known as pet-isu or “The Most Select of Places” during the Middle Kingdom, and referred to as Pr-Imn or “House of Amon.” Established between 2000 BC and 30 BC, this expansive site spans 247 acres of sacred Theban land and was built to honor the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Notable highlights include the Precinct of Amun-Re, the grand Hypostyle Hall, and the enchanting Avenue of Sphinxes, which connects to the magnificent Luxor Temple.

The enchanting Southern Sanctuary of Luxor Temple, often referred to as the “Creator of Kings,” was constructed around 1400 BC, primarily by Amenhotep III and Ramses II. This magnificent temple honors the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, and serves as the venue for the Opet Festival, which celebrates the rejuvenation of kingship and the connection between royal lineage and divine power. The double temples of Kom Ombo, known as the “Hill of Gold,” were constructed between 205 and 180 BC during the reign of King Ptolemy V of the Ptolemaic dynasty. These temples served as the worship site for Haroeris, or “Horus the Elder,” on the northern side, and Sobek, the crocodile god of the Nile, on the southern side. This architectural marvel features two perfectly symmetrical temples that highlight medical and astronomical knowledge from that era in Egypt. The enchanting mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut (1507–1458 BC) is a stunning example of classical artistic architecture, earning it the title of “Holy of the Holies.” Constructed in 1479 BC during the New Kingdom (1570 – 1050 BC), the temple features three massive levels that exemplify architectural perfection, eternalizing her remarkable achievements while primarily honoring the creator sun god, Amun.

Colossi of Memnon

The enduring Colossi of Memnon of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386 – 1349 BC) was built in 1350 BC and its quartzite sandstone constructions were renovated countless across history. It displays decorations on its sides showcasing his family, achievements, and the depiction of the Nile god Hapi. Return to the cruise for lunch & dinner and overnight.

Our pricing policy outlines the payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment options, and final payment deadlines. Prices are in US dollars per person per trip and you can pay in any other currency. Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, or government taxes. Rates are not valid during Christmas or New Year. Travel insurance and entry visa charges are not included in the package.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking. We are offering a low down payment to secure your spaces on tour: 25% including hotel rooms, cruise cabins and other travel-related services 50% if you have domestic flight tickets included. The remaining balance can be paid up to 2 days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package. Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

Mohammed abdo was our great guide for this trip, as a Luxor native he provided us lots of information about the sights so we could appreciate them more. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up from the airport in a private car, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout the entire trip. The cabin on the cruise was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Nile. A special thank you to our tour guide, Hady, who was absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and culture and shared fascinating insights at every site we visited. More importantly, he genuinely cared about everyone in the group and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. One of the things I appreciated most was the small group size. There were only five people in our group, which made the tour feel much more personal and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and received a lot of individual attention from Hady. What made this trip even more special was that I celebrated my birthday during the cruise. Hady went above and beyond by arranging a birthday cake for me, which was such a thoughtful surprise. It made me feel truly welcomed and turned an already wonderful trip into an unforgettable memory. Overall, this was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Excellent organization, beautiful accommodations, breathtaking Nile views, a fantastic small-group atmosphere, and an exceptional guide made this journey truly unforgettable. Hady Ahmed, our tour guide, was so great and knowledgeable about all the information about the different temples and mythology of Ancient Egypt. He made sure we all together when he shared history among the busy crowds. He also made sure that we had free time to explore the temples. The cruise itself has been nice and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well air conditioned. The food on the cruise is a buffet, and all the staff are so nice.  Verified  Great way to see the highlights of Egypt Six members of our family flew to Aswan to begin this 4 day adventure with our outstanding guide Hady and Imperial Egypt. Hady was exceptional - he looked out for us the entire time, made sure we were hydrated and comfortable, well informed of the plan, and answered all of our questions, on top of all of the education given from site to site. The beginning part of the trip was challenging due to travel fatigue (11h time zone difference from home), which made the series of tours to the Philae Temple, Nubian Village, Abu Simbel, and the Aswan High Dam very tiring. A special mention has to go to our guide, Mohammed Abdo, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the journey. Mohammed has an incredible amount of knowledge about Ancient Egypt and the various temples and historical sites we visited. What I really appreciated was the way he explained things — not simply giving us dates and facts, but putting the history into context and bringing the stories of Ancient Egypt to life. He was also very professional, friendly and approachable, and was always happy to answer questions and explain things further. You could tell that he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in sharing Egypt’s incredible history with visitors. The cruise itself was a wonderful way to experience the Nile, travelling between the different sites while enjoying the scenery along the river. Waking up each morning and seeing the Nile from the boat was an experience in itself. A big thank you to Mohammed Abdo for making the sightseeing and historical side of the cruise so enjoyable.
